Here at Dorje we offer an exchange or refund if the garment does not fit.
In the rare event in which goods are sold with a manufacturing fault, we will abide by the NZ consumers act and offer a replacement item or refund.
The goods must be returned to Dorje within 20 days once received.
All goods must be in original unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all packaging provided.
Your receipt must be provided.
If you wish to return your online order to a physical Dorje Store, please email us or use the form below to gain authorisation to do so.
We will not accept returns if any goods do not meet our returns requirements.
Here at Dorje, we cannot accept any returns if:
Goods have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
Goods were on sale or offered at a discount (including all online promotions).
Due to health regulations: these goods include swimwear, hats, intimates or jewellery.
The return is received after our 20-day return time-frame.
The customer is unable to provide proof of purchase.
If the goods have already been exchanged previously.
The goods are not purchased directly from Dorje (I.E - A Dorje Stockist).
How to return goods to Dorje
Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know why you are wanting to return your goods.
Once you have contacted us about your online return a Dorje Representative will be in contact within 5 working days. Items cannot be sent back without confirmation.
Once you have received confirmation, return your goods to us with all original receipts and packaging.
We highly recommend using a courier tracked service to ensure the safe return of your goods, and ensure the items reach us within the required time frame.
If you are returning your items for an exchange you as the customer are responsible to pay any returns postage costs and exchange postage costs.
Dorje will not be held responsible for any returned items which do not reach us safely.
Be aware that garment colour may look different to how it is photographed. All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different online due to screen resolution settings.
Some of our products are handmade. Because of this, they may arrive with minor flaws or materials may vary slightly.
As a small business, we carry limited numbers of goods. Occasionally, we may sell out of a certain product. We do our very best to ensure our website is updated accordingly. However, if we find an item you have ordered is out of stock, we apologise and will notify you by email or phone. Any changes to your order will be changed on your shipping receipt accordingly.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, floods etc.).
We reserve the right;
To cancel any order. At which time we will immediately notify the customer of this action via e-mail or phone using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund any payments via the appropriate online payment system.
That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are legitimate.
All information collected by Dorje via our website will solely be used by us. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments.
